The Montreux is a condominium community located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle. Drawing influence from the French-Swiss origin of its name, the building conveys an elegant mix of French nouveau and modern Swiss styles.
Goal
Develop a new brand identity system and peripherals for the Montreux Condominiums that elevates the building's status within an ever-expanding marketplace while complementing the new aesthetic developed in tandem by the interior designer.
